The Space:
This breathtaking property is almost indescribable! Soaring ceilings paired with the multiple skylights allow for brilliant light to flow into the living space settling over a tropical oasis. This home encourages exploration by awakening your inner childlike wonderment as you discover all it has to offer.
The abundance of plants brings a rainforest feel to the living room, really allowing you to begin your journey escaping reality during your stay. Melt into the ample seating offered from large sectional couches, to the fireplace lounge seating, or claim the best spot for yourself in the indoor hot tub!!
The tropical foliage spills into a considerably sized open area, serving as the perfect space to hold group yoga sessions (please see house rules for details regarding group bookings). This flows into a dazzling kitchen which boasts bar seating, 2 Sub-Zero refrigerators, a built-in countertop grill, a wine cooler, and even a countertop steamer basket! The chef of your group will flourish in this dream kitchen with plenty of space to create delectable dishes for the whole gang in the dining area which sits just to the side with seating for 12. The kitchen is also equipped with a high-end filtration system. There is also a small spigot beside the main sink that has both cold water and hot water access for instant hot water making this perfect for hot tea!
Our home does not have a central air conditioning system, however, it is equipped with a swamp cooler as well as two split air conditioning units (wall mounted air conditioner) to keep you cool during the rare hot Colorado afternoons.
The whole house is wired with the Sonos speaker system with 5 zones to cover the entirety of the house so that your crew can have the option of grouping all of the rooms together or listening independently! We are providing 3 tablets already configured into the properties system (*you will be charged if any of these are missing or damaged. Please see the house rules for more details*). Through the use of the tablets, guests may use our house account Spotify Premium account.
On the upper level, you will find 3 of the 5 bedrooms, including a King bed with an ensuite bathroom for privacy, plus 2 more bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bunk. The level down from the kitchen provides another bedroom with a queen bed, as well as a secondary yoga space and laundry room. There is no doubt your group will discover their new favorite haven and build their ultimate workout regime.
The highlight of this home lies in the lowest point of the property, accessed through a hidden entrance. What appears as a typical wall mirror opens up to a dreamlike master bedroom. You’ll be hurled into an alternate universe as you descend the stone steps framing the koi pond below (railings have been added for your safety). The tranquil sounds of the waterfall will pull you deeper into the fantasy of this home as a river of koi fish trickles along the foot of the master bed presenting an unmatchable ambiance. The ensuite master bathroom is separated by a 500-year-old temple door and a double-sided fireplace. Available to you here is a large heated and jetted tub, walk-in glass shower, a 100% cedar walk-in master closet, as well as dual vanity with colorful vessel sinks that brighten up the entire space.
Stepping down a flight of stairs beside the master bed will lead you down past the sauna to the indoor heated pool. Also incorporated into this space there is a large steam room for ultimate relaxation!

The neighborhood:
Our home is comfortably nestled between Denver and Boulder. The light rail which runs into Downtown Denver at Union Station is less than 10 minutes away. This is the most convenient way to explore downtown Denver and the entire metro area… not to mention a short ride to Denver International Airport or hopping on the Amtrak train up the hill to Winter Park for world-class snow skiing, mountain biking, and an all-around great family atmosphere. There are also several other parks and open spaces located nearby, many of which are connected by walking and bike-friendly trails. We often enjoy afternoon strolls amongst these parks by enjoying the sunset over the mountains during our calm and mostly cool Colorado evenings.
This property is also located less than 1 mile from the 1,000 plus acre Standley Lake Regional Park which, for a small entry fee, provides hiking, bicycling, camping, wildlife viewing, and other park-based recreational activities. The park offers visitors numerous opportunities for fishing and paddling. Please search “Standley Lake Westminster” for more specific details.
A short 15-minute drive can take you to ‘Olde Town Arvada’. This is Arvada’s city center and boasts multiple shops, boutiques, galleries, events, restaurants, breweries, and a winery. I highly recommend swinging into Namiko's Japanese Restaurant only a few minutes South from there where you will premium quality Sushi and many other authentic Japanese dishes.
Parking:
There are roughly 4-5 spaces available in the driveway. Street parking is also available, however, we are on a culdesac so please be sure not to block any neighboring driveways or you will be towed. Please be mindful of all parking signs and laws. We are not responsible for parking violations.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home - Master bedroom suite and 4 other bedrooms; pool; Indoor hot tub; sauna; steam-room; washer and dryer
Additional House Rules:
- **No UNAPPROVED events, parties, or large gatherings ** Contact us for any details on groups over the maximum guest capacity (must be less than a group of 25)** - **$1000 fine**
- No smoking - **$1000 fine**
- The home is quite unique and requires a lot of maintenance for many of its special features. Due to this, we have vendors that come out weekly to maintain these items. We will work around your stay if possible, but it is possible someone from my management company may contact you regarding a service needed inside the home. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!
- No pets allowed - **$1000 fine**
- Quiet hours 10 pm-8 am
- If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the damages.
- Must be at least 25 to book the property.
- Check out time is 10 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.
- To book our property you will be asked to sign a liability waiver before your reservation is accepted and the booking process can be fully completed.
- **$150 for missing or damaged tablet**
*Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay.* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $40 plus shipping costs for any items that need to be mailed back to you (prices may vary for large items).*

When in downtown, Denver also has great scooter and car rental options for visitors like Car2Go, which offer by-the-minute rentals that can be picked up and dropped off almost anywhere.

Guest Interaction:
Our standard check-in procedure- A member of my management team will meet you at the property for a brief walkthrough to point out specifics and answer all questions about the home to help familiarize yourself and other guests on many of the unique features. The suggested check-in time is between 3-6 PM. If you will be after that time frame, please contact us for other arrangements.
If any issues should arise during your stay, a representative from our management company will be available 24/7 to assist you.
